Cross and Glory puzzles have become my go-to jigsaw puzzles. The quality, weight and fit of the pieces, brilliance of the image, and generally, the interesting pictures, make these puzzles my favorites to work with. The pieces fit well, and when I have to move or shift a section, the pieces hold together. I wish the photograph included were bigger - they don’t have to be poster size, but a bigger picture would make the fine details more accessible. Last year I completed a puzzle and there was a missing piece. I was amazed when Cross and Glory quickly sent me the replacement piece. More recently, another puzzle had a missing piece that (for a reason I didn’t understand) could not be replaced. I was offered a credit for my next order. I happily accepted the offered credit and ordered Elegant Kimono Beauties. No question about it - the puzzle is challenging. That’s what makes it so enjoyable to complete. It is beautiful! Thank you Cross and Glory - I’m about to start my next puzzle!
Just finished this beautiful coloured jigsaw. Very challenging, particularly as I like to do jigsaws without looking at the picture. Will not hesitate. to purchase others from this company.
This exquisite puzzle took me longer than usual due to how challenging it was but I felt very satisfied with the image when I had completed it. I love the great images this brand keeps putting out. The pieces of this puzzle were sturdy and without defects. There were no false fits and no missing pieces.
Very nice jigsaw but difficult. The enclosed picture that acts as a guide could be a lot bigger. That would help idenity the pieces.
